Big Sleep has proudly developed the Tufted Designer Casing (TDC) program. The "TDC" program simplifies the sales process. We tuft the cover directly to the futon mattress. The retailer need only present the frame and the "TDC", instead of showing futon frame, futon mattress, and then a cover.
By tufting an upholstery grade cover directly to the 13 gauge, 272 coil mattress, it adds a "sofa-like" appearance to a futon set, which also adds to its perceived value. The retailer and consumer will no longer need to hassle with covering unsightly zippers or straightening sagging covers.
